These Community Guidelines establish the standards for participation in our community forums, social media channels, support platforms, and any other community spaces associated with our cryptocurrency wallet platform. By participating in any Velto community space, you agree to follow these guidelines and contribute to maintaining a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all users. Professional Communication: When sharing educational content and resources, ensure information is accurate and cite reliable sources. Be patient with users who are learning, as everyone starts somewhere in their cryptocurrency journey. Use appropriate channels for different types of discussions and stay on topic to maintain organized conversations.

Content Sharing Guidelines: When sharing information in our community, accuracy and verification are essential. Always share accurate and verified information, especially when discussing market trends, technical analysis, or platform features. Cite your sources when sharing market analysis or investment insights and provide context for your information.

Investment and Financial Discussion: When sharing investment insights or market predictions, always include proper disclaimers stating that your views are personal opinions and not financial advice. Remember that cryptocurrency investments carry significant risks, and what works for one person may not work for another.

4. Prohibited Behavior and Violations

Certain behaviors are strictly prohibited in our community and will result in immediate action. These include harassment, bullying, discriminatory behavior, or personal attacks of any kind. We do not tolerate targeting individuals based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or any other personal characteristics.

Content Violations: Spam, scams, fraudulent activities, and promotional content for unauthorized services are prohibited. Do not share personal financial advice without proper disclaimers, and avoid promoting unauthorized third-party services or platforms that may pose security risks to our users.

Security Violations: Security violations are taken extremely seriously and may result in immediate account termination and legal action. Never attempt to compromise other users' accounts or share techniques for unauthorized access. Sharing or requesting private keys, passwords, seed phrases, or other sensitive security information is strictly forbidden.

Market Manipulation: Activities related to market manipulation are strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities. This includes coordinated pump and dump schemes, spreading false market information to influence prices, and insider trading or other forms of market manipulation.

5. Enforcement and Consequences

Violations of our community guidelines may result in various consequences depending on the severity and frequency of the violation:

Warning System: First-time minor violations typically receive a formal warning with an explanation of the guideline that was violated and guidance on how to avoid future violations. This helps educate community members about our standards and expectations.

Temporary Suspension: Repeated violations or moderate violations may result in temporary account suspension, during which time the user cannot participate in community activities. The duration of suspension depends on the nature and severity of the violation.

Permanent Termination: Severe violations or repeated offenses after previous warnings may lead to permanent account termination and banning from all Velto community spaces. Criminal activities, including fraud, harassment, or threats, will be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Legal Action: We maintain records of all violations and may share information with authorities when legally required or when user safety is at risk. Serious violations may result in legal action beyond community sanctions.

6. Appeal Process and Rights

If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you have the right to appeal the decision. Contact our support team within thirty days of the action with detailed information about your case and why you believe the action was incorrect.

Our review team will investigate your appeal thoroughly and impartially, considering all available evidence and circumstances. You will receive a response within five to seven business days with the outcome of the review. Appeal decisions are final, but you may submit additional information if new evidence becomes available.

7. Community Moderation and Reporting

Our community is moderated through a combination of automated systems and human oversight. Automated systems detect potential violations using keyword filtering, behavior pattern analysis, and community reporting mechanisms. Human moderators review reported content and make final decisions on enforcement actions.

Reporting Violations: Community members play a crucial role in maintaining our standards by reporting violations and supporting positive community culture. If you encounter behavior that violates our community guidelines, please report it immediately to our support team.

Reporting Process: When reporting violations, provide as much detail as possible, including usernames, timestamps, and descriptions of the violating behavior. Screenshots or other evidence can be helpful but are not required. All reports are taken seriously and investigated promptly.

8. Educational Content and Resources

We encourage community members to share educational content about cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and financial literacy. When sharing educational materials, ensure accuracy and provide appropriate context. Educational content should be accessible to users of all experience levels.

Community-generated educational content should include proper disclaimers, cite reliable sources, and avoid making unfounded claims about investment opportunities or guaranteed returns. We value diverse perspectives and encourage thoughtful discussion about the evolving cryptocurrency landscape.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Respect the privacy of other community members and do not share personal information without consent. Be cautious about sharing your own personal information, including wallet addresses, transaction details, or other sensitive data that could compromise your security.

We protect the identity of users who report violations and do not tolerate retaliation against those who report violations in good faith. False reports made maliciously may themselves result in disciplinary action.
